  • Individual Psychotherapy

One-on-one treatment adapted to you. A typical session is 50 minutes long. Different folks need different levels of support: we can talk about whether you would be best served by weekly, bi-weekly, or some other frequency of treatment.

    Couples Therapy

The health of our relationships is crucial to our overall well-being. Often times an unbiased third-party can be useful in helping you and your partner navigate the dynamics between one another that haven’t been working. Couples therapy is available for those doing private pay; I am not able to accept Aetna insurance for couples therapy at this time.

  • I am currently in-network with one insurance provider: Aetna. At this time, I am only able to see individuals (no couples) who are located in DC, New York, or Florida. Individuals living in neighboring states may be able to do in-person sessions (in DC) or otherwise locate themselves in one of those three states during session.

For all other folks: payment will be out of pocket. The good news is that if you have out-of-network benefits, I can provide a superbill which you can submit directly to your insurance company to get a partial reimbursement of the fee.

Please note: I do not accept Blue Cross Blue Shield (BCBS) at this time; I am mistakenly listed as an in-network provider and am working to get this resolved. Apologies for any confusion.

For Aetna clients, cost will depend on specifics of your plan. Before we get started, we can check your plan to get a better sense of what your fee will be.
